FOUR LV PREMIER GIRLS TEAMS COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST YOUTH LEVEL

COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS (Dec. 3-6, 2009)

Elite youth teams from across the country in the Under-15, Under-16 and Under-17 and under 18 Girls age groups played in showcase play in College Station, Texas. LV Premier sent 4 teams to the event.  All teams played 3 showcase games against some of the best competition in the country. It is also one of the most heavily college recruited events in the country.  At almost all of the games there were numerous college coaches recruiting Premier players.

The 95 White team played Sting, Eclipse, and AHFC.  The 95’s won 2 games and tied 1.

The 94 White team played Challenge Blitz, Classics Elite, and AHFC.  They won all 3 games and scored 11 goals while conceding 0! A very good job.

The 93 Black team played KC Comets, Classics Hammer Premier, and NOKC.  They won their first game and dropped the last 2.

The 92 White team played Challenge Blitz, Arsenal CO, and D’Feeters.  They won their first and last and lost the 2nd.

Overall the weekend was a great showing for the club.  The results have helped solidify the Premier Girls side as the strongest across the board in Nevada.

In addition to playing at the highest level in the country the girls also had the opportunity to watch both NCAA Division I Semi finals (UCLA vs Stanford and UNC vs Notre Dame) and the NCAA Final (UNC vs Stanford).  It was a great opportunity for the players to see the game at the highest collegiate level. The teams were able to all sit together and make it a great club event for Premier.
